HOW TO ORDER BOOKS THROUGH TAMILNADU TEXTBOOK & EDUCATIONAL SERVICES CORPORATION

Please follow the below steps to order books from TAMILNADU TEXTBOOK & EDUCATIONAL SERVICES CORPORATION

1. Goto-> https://textbookcorp.in/users/login and get into logged in using the login credentials that you've received through the SMS.

2A. Once you're logged in, you can view your profile with your order history.
2B. By clicking "ORDER BOOK" button, you'll be redirected to the book search page.

3A. Select the standard you wish to buy the books.
3B. Select the Medium & Term and click the "SEARCH" button to get the list of books you want to buy.

4. All the books under the search category will be displayed. Enter the quantity of the books and click "ADD ITEM" button.

5. Once you added the items/books to the cart, you can view your order by clicking the "SELECTED BOOKS" button.

6. You can also remove the wrongly selected books here. If the order is correct you can go to the order confirmation page by clicking the “CONFIRM” button. No alterations will be allowed after confirmation. Hence the order may be checked thoroughly before clicking the "CONFIRM" button.

7. This page will show the net amount to be paid (excluding bank charges). By clicking the "PAY" button, you will be redirected to the payment gateway page. You can use any of your DEBIT/CREDIT cards (or) Internet Banking facility to pay the amount. Once you have paid successfully, you will get the confirmation message by SMS & e-mail from TNTB&ESC.

8. You can use your STATE BANK OF INDIA Internet Banking facility to pay the amount. If you're using other bank internet banking, please select "Other Banks Internet Banking" button.

9. By clicking "Other Banks Internet Banking" link, you'll be prompt to choose your bank from the number of banks listed. Once you paid successfully, you'll get the confirmation message by SMS & e-mail.

10. Once the process completed successfully, you can check the status of the transaction in your profile page.

11. In case if your transaction has been failed/aborted due to any other reason, the status will be shown as " Payment not done" you can check up the status details by clicking the "Details" link.

12. In the rare case where the status shows a blank/null/Payment not done, please click the "VERIFY" button to know about the status of the payment after 20 minutes. In case the transaction has shows as failure and amount has not been deducted from your account, kindly make the payment

Note: In very rare cases, the transaction status may show "Failure" whereas the amount may have been deducted from your account. In such cases, the amount will be credited to your account within the next day (if payment done through SBI net banking) and within 3 working days in case of other banks. In case of card payment, refund may take maximum of 5 working days.
